Dog Training The American Male: Take The Test To See Who Is A Member In Good Standing Of The Canine Club

Most women would describe the perfect male as domesticated and well trained, but author L.A. Knight knows that most men are happiest relaxing on the couch, scratching their privates, and watching sports! I'd like to send you a copy of Dog Training the American Male ― his hilarious new book described as Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In meets a funny Fifty Shades of Grey ― in consideration of an interview or review. Says Knight: "Men are dogs… and we like it that way. I say 'bring it on' but just go easy on the electric shock collar!” {Book provided for review/feature consideration}

5 Ways to Thrive in the Midst of Challenge and Despair from Donna Stoneham, Ph.D. (Author of The Thriver's Edge)

Book provided for review/feature consideration

It’s easier to thrive when things are going well. It’s much harder to flourish in times of challenge or despair. The past nine-months have been particularly challenging for many as alarming events have unfolded at a pace never experienced before, including multiple terrorist attacks, the plight of refugees, black lives cut short, and police officers murdered. Add to that the most divisive US Presidential election ever and at times it feels as though things are spinning out of control.

Embrace the Fall's Menswear Fashion Trend with Keysocks

This season Fall fashion is bringing back our favorite looks from the 90s. Matchy-Matchy prints are back! Think matching mini and jacket ala Cher from Clueless or menswear inspired power suits. The new trends are a perfect look from the boardroom straight to a night out with the girls. Wearing a trendy pant suit can seem ideal to avoid a wardrobe change, but wearing heels for 15 hours straight definitely isn’t ideal. To stay on trend while remaining comfortable wear Keysocks under your power suit, or if you are a fashionista, match your Keysock color to your Cher-like mini and jacket. {Product provided for review/feature consideration}

Strawberries: To Hull or Not to Hull

Perfectly ripe seasonal strawberries are best eaten out of hand, of course, and hulling strawberries—removing the green leafs and stem from the top of the berry—makes them more elegant and easier to eat when served both plain or as a summertime addition to salads, desserts and even fruit infused beverages {I love to add them to a pitcher of water with some mint and they're fantastic in homemade sangria}! {Product provided for review/feature consideration}

Fantastic Summer Reads from Simon & Schuster

My daughters and I have embarked on our own summer reading program - we each set a goal of how many books we wanted to read this summer {I picked 25, Peyton - 30, Little Miss Lo - 40, and my oh so ambitious Kenziekins decided that we should read her 60}, the person who meets their goal first will get the ultimate bragging rights and I'll buy them a book of their choice when the competition ends {right before they go back to school on August 8}. Considering our collective involvement in Kenzie reaching her goal, it has been very important to us to find books that will entertain us all - in comes these perfect selections from Simon & Schuster! {Books provided for review/feature consideration}
