1. Pick The Right Pajamas

The right pajamas can make all the difference in how comfortable you are when you’re in bed. With nightgowns for women, you could be much more comfortable than you would’ve thought. It’s worth investing in a few of these so you can switch between them whenever you feel like it.

If you want something different, there are various pajama sets you can pick up that are comfortable and look great. You wouldn’t have to worry about being able to drift off to sleep relatively easily.

2. Keep It Clean

Speaking of pajamas, it’s worth making sure you keep them clean as much as possible. While you don’t need to wash them every morning, you should do so at least once or twice a week. If you have multiple pairs of pajamas, you can switch to the clean ones after a day or two while the other is being cleaned.

Sleeping in dirty clothes could cause rashes and have other negative impacts. By washing your pajamas regularly, you shouldn’t have to worry about it. The clean, fresh feeling you have in recently washed clothes is also quite comforting, letting you get more comfortable when you’re wearing them.

You’ll already know you shouldn’t wear a bra when you’re going to bed. It can be uncomfortable, and it might make it more difficult to get to sleep. As obvious as that is, it could also be worth ditching your underwear, too. It could be more freeing and make you more comfortable.

Not only can this be a little uncomfortable, but it could impact your health. It could turn the area into a breeding ground for bacteria when you’re asleep, which everyone wants to avoid. By ditching the underwear, you shouldn’t have a problem avoiding this completely. Add in the extra comfort, and there’s no reason not to try it.
