Pamper Your Skin with Kensington Apothecary!

A good cleanser is the essential first step in any skincare routine. While daily cleansing is important to healthy skin, the right cleanser can do more than just remove dirt and impurities.

Formulated with organic and non-GMO raw materials, as well as the most advanced natural actives available, Kensington Apothecary draws inspiration from a time before synthetic chemicals existed - the Renaissance through the Victorian eras. Containing Certified Organic, Ecocert approved, GMO-free, cruelty-free, conflict-free, and sustainably-harvested ingredients, the line’s collection of cleansers are state of the art in old world beauty. {Product provided for review/feature consideration}

The Creamy Coconut Cleanser ($24) lathers gently using a coconut-based surfactant system that will not dry out skin.

Directions: Lather a pumpful between clean hands and gently massage on face, neck and décolletage. Rinse with lukewarm water and lightly pat dry. Follow with a tonic, serum and facial oil of your choice.

Kensington Tip: Great when used with a spinning scrub brush.

The Rose Oil Cleanser ($24) dislodges and encapsulates even the most stubborn oil and grit and sweeps away clean, so skin's natural lipid layer can go back to doing what it was designed to do.

Directions: Smooth a pumpful of oil cleanser all over your face, massaging for several minutes or until all dirt is loosened. Soak a clean facecloth in warm water and spread over face, gently sweeping away cleanser until all traces of grime and make-up are removed. Repeat as desired. Follow with a tonic, serum and facial oil of your choice.

I've been using the Rose Oil Cleanser for a few weeks and am obsessed with it! It is so luxurious and effective - especially when I use it with my Clarisonic. I'm really looking forward to trying the Creamy Coconut Cleanser too! Until next time...
