Take a Trip to Emerald Bay with NCLA! (Black Market Collection)

Disclaimer: I am not a nail blogger or professional (so sometimes I color outside of the lines and my cuticles look a bit ragged). I am merely a girl who LOVES nail polish!

I'm so in love with this latest collection from NCLA, Black Market! As soon as I saw it I knew I had to get it on my fingers and I knew that Emerald Bay had to be the first one wore! It's like having a mermaid's tail on your fingers! {Collection sent for review/feature}

Emerald Bay was given this creative description: "There's a place where the water shines like an emerald and the shore is littered with lost treasures, but since we can't go there everyday, we're lucky we were able to bottle it up! Get taken away to the Emerald Bay. Vacation starts now." It is such a gorgeous color, it really does look like a sparkling treasure as viewed through ocean water. It's a dark green jelly base with multi-sized and multi-colored {I spot silver, purple, and blue} glitter pieces. Once coat would look gorgeous over a base shade, but I opted for two coats and was able to achieve full opacity. I can't even tell you how gorgeous it is in real life-I literally can't stop looking at my nails! I sort of don't want to take it off, but I will because the other colors in the collection are pretty spectacular too! But it should tell you something that I loved the color so much, that I did something totally out of the ordinary for me, a totally uncomplicated, one bottle/shade manicure!

All NCLA lacquers are five free: never tested on animals, free of formaldehyde, DBP, Camphor, and Toluene. They retail for $16 a piece and are available at shopncla.com.

This is the first of four shades in the Black Market Collection, so stay tuned for the other 3! What are you wearing this Mani Monday? I really want to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what's on your tips! Until next time...
