Fab Five Friday with Atopalm!

Get To Know Atopalm!

This Fab Five Friday, I wanted to spotlight a brand you don't see very much about. Atopalm is an internationally renowned skin care brand, that has your skin care needs covered from head to toe! I've had the chance to review quite a few items from Atopalm, but I just found out that a lot of their products are now available at my beloved Target, so now that they are a bit more accessible, I thought it was the perfect time to share a few of my favorites from the brand. Prepare to add a few more goodies to your shopping/wish list!

First, a little background on Atopalm:

ATOPALM is a line of products formulated specifically for dry, sensitive and sun damaged skin. The unique, paraben free, patented MLE-Multi Lamellar Emulsion formulas containing plant derived ingredients, mimic the structure of the natural skin lipids and provide the ultimate in revitalizing the skins' moisture through the restoration of the skin's protective moisture barrier system. This enables it to successfully moisturize, soothe and calm skin that is experiencing agitation from allergies, rosacea and other conditions related to dry and sensitive skin. These symptoms can be a result of the skin layers being deficient in ceramide and fatty acids.

The rich, emollient, yet non-greasy technology advanced formulas, have the ability to soothe and calm while leaving the skin feeling soft, supple and looking noticeably firmer and brighter. These products are perfect for those who are ready for serious skin treatment with a unique combination of effective ingredients designed to be gentle enough to be used on sensitive skin.

And now, in no particular order, here are my top five picks from Atopalm:

ATOPALM Moisturizing Facial Cleansing Foam (MSRP $18) - This cleanser is a match made in heaven with my Clarisonic Mia {though there are not many cleansers that aren't magic when used with that divine contraption}. It is the perfect, pampering yet effective, face wash; I like to use it at night {especially when I've worn makeup all day}. It removes every trace of makeup without leaving my skin feeling stripped and dry. The formula is moisturizing, paraben free, and helps to restore the skin's natural pH balance.

Atopalm Daytime Undermakeup Moisture Cream (MSRP $16.29) - I'm not gonna lie: had I not been sent this product to review, it's probably not the type of thing that I would pick up. But I'm so glad that I did receive it to try-it has been a game changer for me! On those rare occasions when I want to wear a full face of makeup, this cream makes a world of difference. I have yet to find the primer/concealer combo that did not crease after a few hours of wear on my oily skin. But when I use the moisture cream, my concealer stays put, nice and smooth, all day! Bonus: this cream works to restore the protective moisture barrier and keeps your skin soft and supple throughout the day and can be used daily to prevent dry, scaly skin and to encourage the look of healthy skin.

ATOPALM - MLE Moisturizing Foot and Heel Balm (MSRP $18) - This was actually the first product I ever tried from the brand {and the beginning of my love affair with Atopalm}, and you can find my original post here. It's a lightweight, yet rich, moisturizing balm formulated to hydrate, smooth, and soothe the feet and heels. It is paraben-free, with Atopalm’s exclusive MLE technology; Moisturizing Foot and Heel Balm is able to restore distressed, dry skin, and leave the feet and heels with a healthier and more youthful texture, a must if you plan to bare your feet {and trust me ugly feet totally negate whatever other fabulousness you have on display}. When used regularly, dry heels, cracked skin, signs of stress and overworked feet will be reduced or totally alleviated, allowing you to enjoy the beauty and comfort of healthfully {and beautifully} moisturized feet and heels.

Atopalm Moisturizing Cleansing Wipes (MSRP $12.99) - I LOVE facial cleansing wipes! Sometimes at night, my bed is far more appealing than the bathroom sink, so keeping wipes by my bedside is a must. These cloths are FANTASTIC: the material is soft but thick, they don't have any irritating fragrance, they don't bother my eyes, and they do a great job of removing most makeup {I do find that they don't remove every trace of waterproof eye liner or mascara}. AND it moisturizes as well!

Atopalm BB (Beauty Balm) Cream SPF 20 Broad Spectrum Sunscreen (MSRP $25) - This BB Cream is available in two shades, light and medium, and I had the chance to review the medium tint. Unfortunately, it's a little too pale for me, BUT I passed it along to my mother {who is much fairer than I} and she loves it! She has dry skin and she said it felt so good on her skin and it made her skin feel better even once she washed it off. She loves the formula because it contains SPF and good for skin ingredients that offer anti-aging benefits. She keeps it in her purse for those days she has to make a mad dash out of the house and doesn't have time to go through her full makeup routine. It gives her a good amount of coverage but is so foolproof, she can apply in the car.

Have you tried anything from Atopalm? What are your favorite products from the brand? Anything in the line that I must try next? Or is there anything in my list that you are dying to try? Leave a comment below and let me know what you are thinking! Until next time...
