Get Spring Worthy Legs (and Everything Else) with CeraVe!

Being a women is hard sometimes! Guys will never understand everything we go through to keep our skin pretty, soft, and smooth. Did you know that skin's natural barrier is damaged regularly-every time we take a hot shower or bath and shave? This damage can cause your skin to look dry, cracked, and ashy. With the temperature rising {in some areas at least} signaling the hemlines will be rising very soon, crocodile textured legs are a no no! So what is a girl to do?

CeraVe Renewing SA Cream

CeraVe's new Renewing SA Cream (MSRP $22.99 for the cream and $15.99 for the lotion) is just what you need to keep dry skin at bay. It exfoliates, softens, and smooths even the driest {and trust me, my skin can be categorized as the driest} skin. By utilizing salicylic acid {the SA in Renewing SA Cream} and ammonium lactate this rich cream works to repair skin, while loosening and sloughing off dead skin cells. This allows its moisturizing ingredients {ceramides and hyaluronic acid} to penetrate deeper layers of the skin for better effectiveness than your average moisturizer. The result is consistently soft, touchably smooth skin! What I love most about this cream, is that even though it is absolutely power packed with an impressive list of active ingredients, it is gentle enough to use all over your body, even after shaving. Yet, it does an awesome job handling rough dry feet, knees, and elbows. Plus it's fragrance free so it won't compete with whatever perfume you choose {or don't choose}. It's one of my favorite discoveries yet!

What's your favorite moisturizer? Are you looking forward to the warm weather, short skirts and sandals? My inquiring mind wants to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Until next time...

  1. I am intrigued! I use the CeraVe night cream and I really like it. My daughter has bumpiness on the back of her arms, do you think it would work for that?

    1. Yes! It would be perfect for that! The salicylic acid and ceramides work to heal and sooth bumpy skin so it would definitely help. There's even a lotion in the same formula that's a bit lighter that may be better suited for your little one... Hope that helps :)

  2. I am SO excited for short skirts and sandals! I use Neutrogena sunscreen mixed with a Hard Candy bronzing lotion on my legs to moisturize and protect. :)
