My Week on Instagram (1/28-2/3)

I'm a winner! No, literally. I was super excited when I received an email from Who What Wear informing that I had won a giveaway they hosted (especially considering that by the time they notified me, I had totally forgotten that I'd even entered a giveaway AND what it was for). I was even more intrigued when they required that I submit a notarized affidavit to receive my prize, but since my bank does it for free, I was all in. And for my trouble I received this gorgeous bottle of folle de joie eau de parfum from California clothing brand Joie. Yeah for winning!

As a SAHM, who rarely leaves the house during the week, often times the highlight of my day (besides the constant joys of motherhood) is the mail. And this week was a good mail week for me, with one of the goodies including the L'Oreal Paris Magic Skin Beautifier BB Cream. I received this in order to review it for SheSpeaks, so look for that review (and a possible FOTD) soon!

I'm on level 63 right now, and am so beyond frustrating because I can't beat it!!!!

I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty much obsessed with this game! I have a love/hate relationship with Candy Crush Saga: I love how utterly addicting it is, but I hate how it sucks me in! I'm literally counting the minutes from the time I lose to when I can play again! It's all the hubby and Lo's fault. Somehow, she found the game while playing on his iPad, and initially I didn't think anything of it, until I discovered that he was playing too on his iPhone! I immediately downloaded the app on my phone and I've been hooked ever since. It's especially fun competing with him; we ask each other regularly which board the other one is on. I find it amusing that the levels he finds difficult, I tend to breeze through and vice versa. 

We're working on reading readiness with London and this is some of her handiwork. So far she can write, read, and spell: the, dog, my, cat, hi, my, she, and fun. We add two words a day, watch Your Baby Can Read about every other day, and use these adorable flash cards that I'll be sharing with you all very soon! So far so good. And even little Kenziekins is picking up on the cues from Your Baby Can Read. I have to admit, with no bias whatsoever, that I have 3 very smart little girls!

Speaking of Kenzie, here's my littlest love in a bit of a signature pose. Once upon a time, baby girl would literally run away at the sight of a camera (the complete opposite of her total ham sister, Lo), but now she lines up right in front of the lens, and scrunches up her face in this oddly adorable, crooked smile. She literally skews her lower jaw to the right; I have no idea why. I find it cute and endearing, the hubby, not so much. We'll see how long it takes for her to grow out of it...
