My Take: This is the perfect styling balm IMO! You don't need a lot and it has the perfect, sticky, but not too thick consistency. I use it for ponytails and braids on my two little girls, and I find it works better/I need less with my youngest daughter, who has 3a/b hair than on my other daughter, who has 4a/b hair. It's a great finishing balm for smoothing out edges, sealing ends, and laying down the baby hairs at the nape and forehead. I really like that it's all natural, but I do wish that it had some kind of fragrance, though the unscented smell is not totally unpleasant. It leaves the hair shiny, smooth, and frizz free and the results last a long time.

Until next time...
