Get Wellness Tips From Trainer to the Stars David Kirsch!

Heads up lovelies! We should all be health conscious and fitness savvy so that we can live long, healthy lives. But let's face it, the need to shed some extra poundage (especially as the weather warms and signals the return of shorter skirts, sleeves, and eventually, swim suit season) is usually the motivation that leads us to pay closer attention to our diet and fitness habits.
