Adopt an Adventurous Palate with Bison!

The hubby's meal: Bison Delmonico, Parmesan Roasted Broccoli, and Salt & Pepper Onion Rings

With February being the new January, now is the perfect time to make it your resolution to eat adventurous. Be bold in your cuisine by switching beef for bison to experience not only a sweet, juicy, tender and delectable meat, but enjoy the health benefits of the lean, nutritious protein. {An excellent night of dining was provided by Ted's Montana Grill (Mall of Georgia location) in exchange for this post}

My meal: Bison Pot Roast (sans gravy), "Aunt Fannie's" Squash Casserole, and a loaded Baked Potato

Ted's Montana Grill offers hearty classics prepared with bison to revive authentic American entrees with classic comfort food like Karen's "Flying-D" Bison Chili, Bison Meatloaf, Bison Pot Roast or a classic burger. Bison is one of the healthiest proteins you can eat and it's DELICIOUS! But Bison is not the only thing that Ted's Montana Grill offers....

Not only did the hubby have "the best dirty martini" he's ever had {thanks to the FANTASTIC bartender Steven}, I had an equally scrumptious cocktail - the signature Newly Fashioned: a decidedly sophisticate concoction made with Woodford Reserve, organic agave nectar, Angostura bitters, and black cherry. We also enjoyed the complimentary Half Sours that are provided to all guests, and our favorite appetizer, Homemade Chips with fresh ranch onion dip. But what really makes any trip to Ted's unique is the excellent service and attention - we were greeted and truly taken care of by everyone we came in contact with, from the hostess at the door, to our server, and even the manager on duty, Melanie.

I wholeheartedly invite you to visit your nearest location of Ted's Montana Grill to experience these American classics and discover new ways to walk on the wild side with your appetite for this year.
