One thing that I have found that helps tremendously, is paying extra special attention to my skin at night. I've been experimenting with different moisturizers, serums, and treatments and one of the latest brands I've been testing out is Lumene. Their Vitamin C+ Dry Skin Comfort Radiance Cocktail and Sensitive Touch 5 Minute SOS Cream are two of my favorite skin savers this winter season.
Lumene Vitamin C+ Dry Skin Comfort Radiance Cocktail (MSRP $21.99): Improve skin’s moisture balance with this highly conditioning blend of cranberry seed oil and cloudberry, which revitalizes and nourishes even the driest skin, leaving it velvety soft and radiant. The bottle is absolutely gorgeous and it feels like such a decadent treat for my skin when I layer this underneath my moisturizer (I reserve this for when I've had a full face of makeup on all day or if I've done some sort of peel or deep exfoliation treatment). The key ingredient in this potion is Arctic Cloudberry, is a rare berry that grows in arctic bogs. Because of the super short period of growth that occurs in the region, the berries are more powerful than other plants that grow in more traditional settings. It works to brighten the skin, improve moisture balance, and protect the skin from harmful environmental effects, while cranberry seed oil helps to nourish and revitalize the skin.
Sensitive Touch 5 Minute SOS Cream ( MSRP $19.99): This highly repairative cream calms dry, irritated skin and diminishes redness. Developed with advanced skin-soothing technology, it immediately triples the moisture content and improves skin’s condition in just five minutes. I keep this gem on my night stand, but I also toss it in my purse for emergencies! Its key ingredient is Arctic Linen Seed- known for its outstanding healing and nutritional qualities, it has been cultivated in Scandinavia since ancient times. While it is light enough to use on your face, my favorite areas to use it are my elbows and my knees (and even my lips, if I can't find my balm)!
I'm so impressed with how well these Lumene products work, I'm really looking forward to trying more! In fact, I have my eye on this new BB Cream from the Finnish brand:
Introducing the newest launch from Finnish skincare brand, Lumene! Perfect your complexion and delay signs of aging the NEW Vitamin C+ Illuminating Anti-Age BB Cream with SPF 20 (MSRP $14.99).
What separates this BB cream from the others? Arctic cloudberry. This amber-colored berry contains antioxidant-rich Vitamin C and offers superlative anti-aging benefits, while also rejuvenating and visibly brightening skin. Lumene is renowned for its expert formulations developed with only the most resilient Arctic ingredients to illuminate your natural beauty. The utmost efficacy of the Arctic cloudberry is unlocked by handpicking the berries when they are most ripe in order to deliver optimum levels of uniquely beneficial nutrients, which are infused in the new Vitamin C+ Illuminating Anti-Age BB Cream with SPF 20 to achieve smooth, perfect skin.
The innovative Vitamin C+ Illuminating Anti-Age BB Cream with SPF 20 harnesses the power of Arctic cloudberry to deliver six essential benefits: it brightens like a primer, evens skin tone like a foundation, hydrates like a moisturizer, corrects blemishes like a concealer, delays signs of aging and offers sun protection. In addition, this powerful cream uses Arctic cloudberry nectar to enhance skin’s luminosity and improve elasticity for an overall more youthful appearance.
Available in two shades to complement any skin tone, the Vitamin C+ Illuminating Anti-Age BB Cream with SPF 20 can be used alone, after applying day cream, or under foundation.
Doesn't that sound like absolute luxury for your skin? I hope that I stumble across it in store soon (and that the darker shade will work with my complexion)! Have you tried any products from Lumene? What are your favorites? What are some of your favorite imported skin care brands? My inquiring mind wants to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Until next time...

Oh, this bb cream sounds like a winner! I love my Garnier, but I really need to start up with the sunscreen again.
