Yes, I Would Love It If Christina Applegate Dressed My Daughter! AKA: Kenzie + FabKids + You!

Kenzie *modeling* her brand new outfit!

This is precisely why I love Facebook! Perhaps I would have found out about it in some other manner, but it just so happens that I discovered it via a post on Facebook last Tuesday. I read something about a 3 piece outfit for little girls for $39.95 shipped and I had to find out more. So I clicked through and was introduced  FabKids, and I found myself (happily) sucked in to another subscription service...

Christina Applegate (I don't think I've seen her star in anything I didn't like, but my faves are definitely Samantha Who? and Up All Night) and designer Denise Kalinowski (who has designed for Old Navy) collaborated on the brand new subscription service that caters to fashionably fabulous little girls, between the sizes 2-8.  Simply go to FabKids and create a Style Profile based on your (little girl's) preferences. Based on your Style Quiz, several insanely adorable 3 piece ensembles are put together and  you select the one that suits your princess the best. $39.95 sees an outfit shipped to your house every month, but you can skip, cancel, whatever at any time. The site says the outfit will arrive within a week, but I was super impressed when Kenzie's adorable pink package arrived on Friday (after having placed the order Tuesday afternoon).

Her shirt says "Shining Star." I couldn't get her to stay still enough to capture it quite right with the camera. C'est la vie!

We received a pair of footless tights, a tutu-esque skirt, the most adorable striped dolman shirt you have ever seen (I mean, really! A dolman shirt for a toddler!), AND a bonus long sleeve striped tee (an extra with your first order). I actually had a hard time narrowing down which outfit to pick from her because they were all SO CUTE, but I'm so glad I chose this one. It is an absolute cuteness overload. Everything is really nice quality (I'm not at all concerned about it surviving extreme toddler wear and subsequent washing),and so uber cute yet age appropriate (a pet peeve of mine is when I see little ones dressed like little grown ups instead of little kids). I let Lo answer the questions of the Style Quiz herself, and will most likely alternate the FabKids subscription month to month between her and Kenzie. I see this as a convenient and inexpensive way to build up and flesh out their wardrobes, a few trendy pieces at a time.

Do you have budding little fashionista in your life? Will you be signing her up for the service? My inquiring mind wants to know! Leave a comment below and let me know what you think. Until next time...

PS- I paid for my first FabKids box myself and I was not paid for this post. All opinions stated are 100% honest and my own. If you sign up through the link I have provided, I will not profit, but it does give me credit towards a free box for the lil bits :)
